You may order our analytical services by contacting us and requesting a formal quote for any of our analytical services. This will ensure that we are in agreement with all of the test requirements and testing procedures. Testing will commence on receiving of test samples and payment information.
The Payment Form is available for download in PDF format for Adobe Reader. This form may be completed electronically before printing, or it may be printed and completed by hand. Additionally, Payment Forms may be mailed or faxed upon request.
For instructions concerning sample size and shipping and other questions please contact us. Any remaining samples can be shipped back to the customer if prior arrangements are made during the quotation process.
